Good morning everyone!

Hope everyone has a fantastic day today. Well my schedule wasn't as cut and dry this week as I had thought it would be. I am again working 6 days. Though I will be able to go to church this morning. Yeah! I was scheduled 3-9 today, but it looks like I will be working 3-11 as they have a shortage on the schedule with all the kids going back to school and such. Then I will be back to work by 8 in the morning.
Regarding church, today is Youth Sunday. It is the one Sunday in particular where we get to see what God is doing in the lives of our youth. They will be our worship leaders, take up the collection, serve communion and I if it is like other churches I have been in, they will bring the message with testimonies and such.
I would like to say happy birthday to [info]daveb. Semagic is suppose to remind me of these birthday's but it didn't the only reason I remembered Dave's birthday is because my little brothers is today also. Happy birthday Andrew if you happen to see this. Anyway, since Semagic didn't remind me I also missed a birthday from the 3rd [info]shanilia Happy belated Birthday Linda.
[info]gdj, [info]patriot, Anyone know why Semagic isn't making the reminders and letting me know? How do I get it to make the reminders?
It is the 3rd day of rain here today. Looks like I will be walking to church in the rain. August our dry season and we are getting all kinds of rain. Friday, at the convention, they were scheduled to have their annual picnic, and the rain moved in just as it was about time for the picnic, they had made no back-up plans. Of course I hadn't bought a ticket because of my finances, but I couldn't believe they hadn't made back up plans.
I left with the rain coming down, Lawrence, where the convention was (and home of KU), according to the news had the largest rainfall in Northeast Kansas Friday. They had something like 1.62" in the 1-2 hour period it all came down. But I am getting sidetracked, I was driving back in the stuff and the wiper on th driver side was coming apart. Heavy rain, hard to see, and a wiper that was pretty much broken. Oh well we do need the rain.

Well remember everyone this is the day that the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in it. Have a great Lord's day.
